current values of the postage stamps of Great Britain
and related philatelic material from 1840 to date
by tracking market prices from dealers’ lists, auction sales,
and other sources.

Approximately 5000 individual stamp valuations are

provided based on averaged market prices of over

40,000 published selling prices.  Some 50 different

sources of information have been utilised, and new and

updated information is added on a regular basis to keep

the website up-to-date.

By tracking actual selling prices, Market-Movements provides much more reliable estimates of the true value of stamps than conventional published catalogues or ‘experts’ valuations.
